The program's online Help file answers some basic questions but isn't particularly helpful it didn't address the Youtube downloader at all. We liked the fact that the program offers batch processing, but we were annoyed that the delete button removes all videos from the batch, not just the ones that are selected. Although some of the conversions worked, choosing WMV as the output type resulted in the end of our video getting cut off. We were disappointed to find that no matter which video's URL we entered, the program came back with an error message stating that there was no video on the page. We were excited to see that the program also includes a YouTube downloader, and we decided to try that first. The interface is clean and intuitive, with large graphical buttons. We had high hopes when we first opened the program.
